HB Portfolio Reports Loss in Q2 FY26, Declares Interim Dividend of Rs 4 Per Share

HB Portfolio Limited reported a net loss of Rs 72.54 lakhs for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 189.01 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the half-year period, the company posted a profit of Rs 306.62 lakhs versus Rs 323.54 lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations was negative at Rs 20.64 lakhs for the quarter. Despite the quarterly loss, the Board approved an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share (40% on face value of Rs 10) for FY 2025-26, with November 17, 2025 as the record date and payment by December 10, 2025. The company also appointed Ms. Meenu Papreja as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a profit of Rs 7.53 lakhs for the quarter and Rs 227.30 lakhs for the half-year.

HB Portfolio Limited Reconstitutes Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee

HB Portfolio Limited has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect. Mr. Harbans Lal has been appointed as Chairman of both committees, while Mrs. Asha Mehra and Mr. Gurjot Singh Narang will serve as members on both committees. All three appointees are Independent, Non-Executive directors. The Board of Directors considered and approved these changes to the committee structures.
