  • The Company was incorporated as H.G. Infra Engineering Private Limited.
  • The Partnership Firm M/s Hodal Singh Giriraj Singh & Co. was converted into the Company.

2008

  • The Company executed the first subcontract work of construction of embankment.
  • The Company commenced construction of a portion of the Yamuna Expressway.

2010

  • The Company commenced the first major project as a subcontractor to carry out work of laning of 49 kilometers on the Jaipur – Tonk Deoli section.
  • The Company commenced work on a part of the project for development of road of 20 kilometers on the six laning work being carried out on National Highway 8.

2011

  • The Company commenced work on the project of laning of the Warora Bamni section in Maharashtra.

2014

  • The Company executed construction of the Jaipur - Nagaur road from kilometer 63/500 to kilometer 101/700.
  • The Company executed construction of the Jaipur-Nagaur road from kilometer 18/0 to kilometer 63/500.

2015

  • The Company was awarded construction project of laning highway of National Highway 65 on the Kaithal- Rajasthan border.

2016

  • The Company executed second renewal coat on the pavement of six lane Jaipur - Kishangarh section of National Highway 8.

2017

  • The Company was converted into a public limited company.
  • The Company was awarded seven construction projects in Maharashtra worth Rs.19,045.90 million by MoRTH.
  • The Company was awarded two construction projects by NHAI worth Rs.4,140.00 million.

2019

  • H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd was declared L-1 for new HAM project under NHAI for Construction of proposed Narnaul Bypass.

2024

  • The Company informed execution of Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement by H.G. Banaskantha Bess Private Limited.
  • The Company informed receipt of Letter of Award from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited.
  • The Company received Completion Certificate for the Project in the state of Rajasthan.
  • The Company received Letter of Award from Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
