2009	Himalya International signed an MOU at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2009. The company took possession of land for a mega food project in Gujarat.
2010	Himalya launched real fruit yogurts in metro cities.
2011	The largest food processing plant started commercial production in Gujarat. Himalya International and J R Simplot Company, USA signed an MOU to form a joint venture in India.
2012	The company started production at its food processing plant in Gujarat.
