Hisar Spinning Mills Reports Q1 Financial Results with Profit Decline

Hisar Spinning Mills Limited approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported total income of ₹1,108.65 lakhs compared to ₹1,033.84 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, profit for the period declined to ₹103.81 lakhs from ₹122.03 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,072.94 lakhs from ₹1,029.33 lakhs year-over-year. The company's earnings per share stood at ₹7.84. Total expenses rose to ₹938.29 lakhs compared to ₹984.82 lakhs in the previous corresponding quarter. The company operates primarily in manufacturing and sale of cotton yarn blended textile products and has no subsidiary, associate, or joint venture companies. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2025.
