1988
- A manufacturing plant was established at Andheri East, Mumbai.
2001
- The partnership firm was reconstituted with Mr. Haresh Dhanraj Motwani and his wife, Mrs. Anjana Haresh Motwani as partners.
2004
- The brand Strong Weld was launched.
- The manufacturing facility was shifted to Village Padghavalli, Raigad, Maharashtra for manufacturing of PVC solvent cement.
2007
- Mr. Karan Haresh Motwani was admitted as a Partner to the partnership firm, M/s. H.P. International.
2011
- The Company received NSF International Certification for manufacturing solvent cements.
2012
- The manufacturing facility was shifted to Village Narangi, Raigad, Maharashtra.
2018
- The Company commenced manufacturing synthetic rubber adhesives and PVA adhesives.
2019
- The partnership firm was converted into a private limited company, HP Adhesives Private Limited.
- The Company commenced manufacturing of silicone sealants and gasket shellac.
- The Company started trading in Ball Valves, PTFE and Masking Tape.
2021
- The Company was converted from private limited to public limited company.
- A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC.
- The name of the Company was changed to HP Adhesives Limited.
2022
- The Company was granted Consent to Operate by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for expansion with amalgamation of existing consent.
