Rajveer Singh, along with PAC members Garima Venture Finance Limited and Dineshsingh Umashankarsingh Kshatriya, acquired 40,000 equity shares of IEL Limited through open market purchase on BSE on November 17, 2025. The acquisition increased their collective holding to 1,05,15,299 shares representing 8.06% of the company's total equity share capital of Rs. 13,03,92,486.
