2009
- Dream Park was formed under the provisions of Indian Partnership Act, 1932 through a partnership deed dated May 18, 2009.
2010
- The Company was incorporated in the name and style of Adlabs Entertainment Private Limited.
- The Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to Adlabs Entertainment Limited.
- The project of setting up the theme park by our Company was given the status of a megaproject by the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department, Government of Maharashtra.
2012
- The Company availed a loan from the Consortium Lenders.
- The outstanding loan amount under loan taken from Centrum Financial Services Limited was converted into 2,295,455 Equity Shares which were allotted at the price of Rs. 220 per Equity Share.
2013
- India Advantage Fund invested an amount equal to Rs. 1,439,999,880 by subscribing to 1,439,999 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures of the Company and four Equity Shares.
- Imagica - The Theme Park commenced commercial operations.
2014
- Aquamagica - the water park commenced commercial operations.
- NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Holdings IV and Jacob Ballas Capital India Private Limited invested an amount aggregating to Rs. 500.00 million by subscribing to 499,975 compulsorily convertible debentures of Rs. 1,000 each and 100 Equity Shares.
2015
- The 474,978 compulsorily convertible debentures issued to NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Holdings IV were converted into 2,539,989 Equity Shares.
- The 24,999 compulsorily convertible debentures issued to Jacob Ballas Capital India Private Limited were converted into 133,684 Equity Shares.
2020
- Company name has changed to Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd. from Adlabs Entertainment Ltd.
2021
- Imagicaaworld launches Virtual Queuing App for Entertainment Parks.
2022
- Malpani Group Completes Acquisition of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd.
2023
- Imagicaaworld launches Aquamagicaa in Surat.
2024
- The Company Board approves acquisition of four operational parks in Maharashtra and one upcoming park in Indore.
- The Company receives a prestigious award from the Bureau of Indian Standards.
