- The company decided to install a 5th SAF furnace with an installed capacity of 7.5 MVA for manufacturing ferro manganese.

- The board of Impex Ferro Tech decided to issue not more than 27 million equity shares on rights basis.
- The company passed the resolution to increase the authorized share capital.
