The company reported net revenue from operations of Rs 198.71 crores for the quarter, compared to Rs 196.69 crores in the previous quarter and Rs 190.40 crores in the same quarter last year. For the half year period, revenue reached Rs 395.40 crores versus Rs 388.29 crores in the corresponding period last year. The company operates solely in the sale and distribution of automotive spares segment. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on October 28, 2025, with the financial statements prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. The results were reviewed by the company's Audit Committee and statutory auditors Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Total income stood at Rs 208.66 crores versus Rs 208.33 crores in the previous year quarter. Profit after tax was Rs 20.41 crores compared to Rs 20.84 crores in the corresponding quarter. Earnings per share was Rs 16.35 versus Rs 16.70 in the same quarter last year. The company operates in the sale and distribution of automotive spares segment. The Board accepted the resignation of Aditya Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 5, 2025, citing career opportunities outside the organization with no material reasons for resignation. Ms. R Swetha has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with her appointment effective from her joining date, which will be no later than September 15, 2025. Ms. Swetha is 34 years old with B.Com and ACS qualifications and 10 years of experience.
