- The Company acquired the entire assets and liabilities of the partnership firm 'India Pesticides'.
1991
- The Company commenced commercial production at its manufacturing facility in Dewa Road, Chinhat, Uttar Pradesh.
1993
- The Company became a deemed public company under Section 43A(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and the word 'Private' was removed from its name.
2002
- The Shareholders passed a special resolution to convert the Company into a public limited company.
2003
- The Company was converted into a public limited company.
2009
- The Company's in-house research and development unit at Tiwariganj, Chinhat, Lucknow was registered with the DSIR.
2015
- The Company commenced commercial production at its manufacturing facility in Sandila, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.
2018
- The Company commenced export of herbicide Technicals manufactured at its manufacturing facility in Sandila, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.
2020
- The Company's in-house research and development unit at Tiwariganj, Chinhat, Lucknow and Sandila, Hardoi was registered with the DSIR until March 31, 2023.
2023
- The Company got approval of Technical Equivalence certification for Herbicide Technical Product from the European Union.
2024
- The Company successfully commissioned an Intermediate Plant.
