Indo Cotspin Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 659.86 lakhs compared to Rs 549.01 lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year. The company recorded a profit after tax of Rs 12.90 lakhs for the current quarter versus Rs 56.08 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year. For the six-month period, revenue from operations stood at Rs 850.94 lakhs compared to Rs 832.93 lakhs in the previous year. The company's paid-up equity share capital remains at Rs 714.08 lakhs with a face value of Rs 10 per share. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were Rs 0.18 and Rs 0.08 respectively. The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 27, 2025.
