Year	History
2016	The Company launched its housing finance business and incorporated IndoStar Home Finance Private Limited. The Company implemented OmniFin. IHFPL received a license from NHB to carry on the business of a housing finance institution without accepting public deposits. The Company received a certificate of registration from the RBI with a new number N-13.02109.
2017	The Company disbursed its first housing loan. The Company launched its vehicle finance business and disbursed its first vehicle finance loan.
2018	The Company opened its 100th branch. The Company reached an employee count of 1,000. IHFPL received a credit rating of ICRA A1+ and CARE A1+ for its commercial paper programme of Rs. 2,000 million.
2019	IndoStar Capital Finance joined hands with ICICI bank to finance commercial vehicles. IndoStar Capital Finance completed the acquisition of the Commercial Vehicle Finance Business of India Infoline Finance Limited.
2021	IndoStar Capital Finance Limited acquired equity shares of IndoStar Home Finance Private Limited.
