Informed Technologies India Limited announced standalone profit after tax of Rs. 77.56 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 15.29 lakhs in the same period last year, marking a significant 407% increase. The IT-Business Process Outsourcing company's consolidated profit after tax reached Rs. 94.19 lakhs for the quarter, with basic earnings per share improving to Rs. 2.26 from Rs. 2.98 in the previous year quarter.

Informed Technologies India Reports 72% Decline in Standalone Profit for Q1 FY26

Informed Technologies India Limited reported standalone profit after tax of Rs. 5.29 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 97.10 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs. 35.73 lakhs from Rs. 59.56 lakhs year-over-year. Total income decreased to Rs. 105.33 lakhs from Rs. 223.12 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, profit after tax was Rs. 26.43 lakhs versus Rs. 108.16 lakhs in the previous year. The company's consolidated results benefited from share of profit from associate company of Rs. 21.14 lakhs. Basic earnings per share on standalone basis fell to Rs. 0.13 from Rs. 2.33, while consolidated EPS dropped to Rs. 0.63 from Rs. 2.59. The Board also approved the Director's Report, draft notice for the 67th AGM, and appointed Mr. Sanam Umbargikar as scrutinizer for e-voting process.
