Integra Switchgear Reports Loss of Rs 8.07 Lacs in Latest Quarter

Integra Switchgear Limited reported a net loss of Rs 8.07 lacs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 3.36 lacs in the previous quarter and a loss of Rs 2.83 lacs in the same quarter last year. The company recorded no income from operations, with total income of Rs 0.88 lacs coming entirely from other income sources. Total expenses stood at Rs 8.74 lacs, primarily consisting of other expenses. Basic earnings per share was negative Rs 0.28 compared to positive Rs 0.12 in the previous quarter. The results were signed by Ms. Upveen Harpal, Whole-time Director & CFO, and approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on August 6, 2025.
