IP Rings Limited Reports Quarterly Results for Quarter Ended June 30, 2025

IP Rings Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 8,151.96 lakhs compared to Rs 8,209.10 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit stood at Rs 45.77 lakhs versus Rs 29.01 lakhs in the corresponding quarter. Basic earnings per share was Rs 0.36 compared to Rs 0.23 in the previous year quarter. On a consolidated basis, net profit was Rs 16.71 lakhs against Rs 12.89 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with basic EPS of Rs 0.13 versus Rs 0.10. The company manufactures auto components including piston rings, differential gears, pole wheels and transmission components. The consolidated results include subsidiary IPR North America Inc. and joint venture IPR Eminox Technologies Private Limited, which reported a loss of Rs 29.35 lakhs for the quarter.
