Jasch Gauging Technologies Reports Strong Quarterly Results, Declares Rs. 10 Interim Dividend

Jasch Gauging Technologies Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs. 1,066.15 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs. 977.90 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter reached Rs. 1,857.17 lakh versus Rs. 1,460.95 lakh in the previous year. The company posted a profit of Rs. 613.68 lakh for the quarter, significantly higher than Rs. 367.25 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the half-year period, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,571.86 lakh compared to Rs. 1,957.68 lakh in the previous year. The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share, representing 100% of the face value of Rs. 10 each. The company has fixed November 1, 2025, as the record date for interim dividend payment. Basic earnings per share for the quarter was Rs. 8.10 compared to Rs. 5.45 in the same quarter last year.
