Jayshree Chemicals Reports Loss of Rs 2.49 Lakhs in Quarterly Results

Jayshree Chemicals Limited reported a net loss of Rs 2.49 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 16.07 lakhs in the previous quarter and a loss of Rs 11.38 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue from operations was Rs 422.86 lakhs. The company recorded a loss of Rs 17.17 lakhs from continuing operations but gained Rs 14.68 lakhs from discontinued operations. Total expenses stood at Rs 456.21 lakhs against total income of Rs 442.06 lakhs. The company has completed the sale of its Windmill Division to Vaishnav Wind Infra Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 276 lakhs on July 2, 2025, and has closed its Electric Division. Earnings per share for continuing and discontinued operations combined was negative Rs 0.01. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by statutory auditors AMK & Associates.
