Jetking Infotrain Reports Q2 Results, Appoints New Company Secretary, Plans Two Subsidiary Companies

Jetking Infotrain's Company Secretary Deepesh Shah Resigns

Deepesh Shah has resigned from his position as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer at Jetking Infotrain Limited to pursue opportunities outside the organization. Shah submitted his resignation letter on October 1, 2025, and his responsibilities will end at the close of business hours on October 30, 2025. The company has accepted his resignation and is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the position. The company will inform stock exchanges once the vacancy is filled.

Jetking Infotrain Appeals BSE's Decision to Return Listing Application for Preferential Share Allotment

Jetking Infotrain Limited has filed an appeal with the Securities Appellate Tribunal against BSE Ltd's decision to return the company's listing application for allotment of equity shares on a preferential basis. BSE returned the listing application on September 23, 2025, citing that investments in VDAs (Virtual Digital Assets) are speculative in nature and the policy regarding the same is under consideration. The company notes that BSE had initially granted in-principle approval on May 9, 2025, despite being aware of the intended use of proceeds, but later retracted its position after the company raised funds and invested in VDAs. The company has indicated no expected financial implications or quantum of claims related to this matter.

BSE Returns Jetking Infotrain's Listing Application Over Virtual Digital Assets Investment Concerns

BSE has returned Jetking Infotrain Limited's application for listing 3,96,156 equity shares issued on preferential basis. The company's board had approved the allotment of these shares at Rs 154 per share with a face value of Rs 10, raising Rs 6,10,08,024. BSE cited concerns over the company's planned investment in virtual digital assets as part of the issue objectives. The exchange stated that its policy on investment in virtual digital assets is under review and applications of this nature cannot be processed until a final view emerges. Jetking had received in-principle approval and filed the listing application in June, with funds already utilized for investments including virtual digital currency. The company is examining the matter and will take appropriate action.
