Jindal Hotels Reports Loss of Rs 16.40 Lakhs in Q2 FY2026

Jindal Hotels Limited reported a net loss of Rs 16.40 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 28.23 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 955.50 lakhs from Rs 890.59 lakhs year-over-year. For the half-year period, the company's net loss widened to Rs 143.34 lakhs compared to Rs 24.11 lakhs in the previous year, while half-year revenue grew to Rs 1,923.38 lakhs from Rs 1,791.72 lakhs. Total expenses for the quarter were Rs 984.94 lakhs versus Rs 906.02 lakhs in the prior year. The company operates in the hospitality segment and has its registered office at Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace. The results were approved by the Board of Directors on November 11, 2025.
