1989

1992

  • The name of the Company was changed to IRPLAST ADHESIVES INDIA LTD and a Fresh Certificate of incorporation was issued on August 11.

1993

  • The Company incurred a loss of Rs.153.89 lakhs for the year ended March 31.

1994

  • The Company incurred a loss of Rs. 369.54 lakhs for the year ended March 31.
  • The Company made a preferential allotment of 34,85,500 Equity Shares to promoters, their business associates and NPI Investors on August 3.
  • The Company made a preferential allotment of Equity Shares of Rs.200 Lacs to NRI Investors on September 26.

1995

  • A special resolution was passed at the Sixth Annual General Meeting to shift the registered office of the company from New Delhi to Distt. Gurgaon in the State of Haryana.

1996

2007
