- Started a new Acetic Anhydride plant, Bharuch SEZ, Gajraula.

- NCLT approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between various companies, including Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, and their respective shareholders and creditors.
- The Life Science Ingredients business of Jubilant Pharmova Limited was vested into the Company.
2023
- Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd commissioned a Multipurpose Agro Intermediate Plant for Value Added Derivatives.
