1982

  • The company was incorporated on 21st October.
  • The company was set up to manufacture Twin Screw Extruders complete with downstream equipment for PVC Pipes, profiles, section and garments in technical collaboration with M/s Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik GmbH, West Germany.
  • The company entered into technical collaboration with M/s UNICOR Rahn Plastmaschinen GmbH, Germany, for the manufacture and marketing of corrugators and lay flat machines for drip irrigation and allied extrusion equipment.
  • The company entered into the manufacture of gravimetric feeding saveomat systems in technical collaboration with Index GmbH, Germany.

1984

  • The company was converted into a public limited company on 30th March.

2000

  • Kabra Extrusiontechik signed a collaboration agreement with Battenfeld Extrusiontechnik Gmbh, Germany, for the manufacture of a wide range of extrusion machinery.

2004

  • The company voluntarily delisted its equity shares from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.

2010

  • The company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5.
  • Kabra Extrusion Technik gave a bonus in the ratio of 1:1.

2011

  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik was ranked amongst the 500 best performing mid-sized enterprises.
  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik was recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in 2010.
  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik unveiled the KAGE 5 Layer Film Plant.

2012

  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik recommended a dividend of 20%.

2013

  • The Board recommended a dividend of 20%, i.e. Re 1 per share of Rs 5 each.

2014

  • Kabra Extrusion Technik Ltd recommended a dividend of 30%, i.e. Re 1.50 per share of Rs 5 each.

2015

  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Penta SRL, Italy, a Piovan Group Company.

2016

  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik entered a strategic partnership with Unicor GmbH at K Show 2016.
  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik entered a joint venture with Extron Mecanor.
  • Kabra Extrusiontechnik was awarded the National Award for Technology Innovation.

2022

  • Kabra Extrusion Technik Limited informed the Exchange about a Share Purchase Agreement with Varos Technology Private Limited.
