Kabsons Industries reported strong Q3FY26 results with profit of ₹59.12 lakhs vs loss of ₹1.73 lakhs in Q3FY25. Nine-month revenue reached ₹3,174.22 lakhs with profit of ₹141.11 lakhs.

Kabsons Industries Shareholders Approve Board Changes at Annual General Meeting

Kabsons Industries Limited shareholders approved two key board appointments at their 33rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Zaynalabidin Khan Mohammed was appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term from May 22, 2025 to May 21, 2030. He brings experience in civil construction, project management, and logistics, having served as Director at Deccan Logistics and President of FMSCI. Additionally, Ms. Riha Kabra's designation was changed from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director for five years from May 22, 2025 to May 21, 2030, with remuneration approved for three years until May 21, 2028. Ms. Kabra, who is the daughter of Managing Director Mr. Rajiv Kabra, holds a graduate degree in sociology with Psychology from Surrey University. Both directors hold no shareholding in the company and are not debarred from holding directorship positions.

Kabsons Industries Reports 47% Jump in Net Profit with Strong Revenue Growth

Kabsons Industries reported strong quarterly results with revenue from operations growing 15.1% to Rs. 1014.26 lakhs, driven by higher sales volumes in its LPG trading business. Net profit surged 47.1% to Rs. 84.77 lakhs, while EBITDA improved to Rs. 120.59 lakhs from Rs. 87.92 lakhs in the same period last year. The company's EBITDA margin expanded to 11.3% from 9.5%, and net profit margin improved to 8.0% from 6.2%. Earnings per share increased to Rs. 0.49 from Rs. 0.33. The profitability improvement was attributed to higher sales volumes, better pricing, and cost optimization measures. Other equity improved to Rs. -267.77 lakhs from Rs. -501.14 lakhs, indicating strengthening of the balance sheet.
