1991

1992
- 9,30,000 Rights equity shares of Rs.10 each were issued in proportion 1:1.
1993
- The company undertook a two-phase expansion-cum-modernisation programme.
- The company expanded its capacity to 15,360 spindles and modernised certain facilities.
1994
- A set of imported E7/5 cumbers and fully automatic yarn dyeing plant were installed.
1996
- The Company installed 2016 spindles, increasing the total spindleage to 18,144.
2005
- Edelweiss Capital Ltd announced an Open offer to acquire 11,53,720 Equity Shares of Kakatiya Textiles Ltd.
2006
- There was a change in the management of the company.
2008
- Kakatiya Textiles Ltd appointed Mr. Sumanth Ramamurthi as the Managing Director of the Company.
