2007
- Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd decided to amalgamate its subsidiary Doongursee Diamond Tools with itself.
- The company changed its name from Kamanwala Industries Ltd to Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd.
2008
- Members of the company approved the amalgamation of Doongursee Diamond Tools with the company on 22nd February 2008.
- Members of the company passed a special resolution for commencement of new business activities under Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
- The Board of Directors appointed Mrs. Shobba Jain and Mr. Sorabh Gupta as Additional Directors.
