Kaushalya Infrastructure Reports Mixed Quarterly Results, Schedules 33rd AGM for September

Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 2.16 lakhs compared to Rs 2.20 lakhs in the previous year quarter, with a net loss of Rs 45.42 lakhs versus Rs 74.68 lakhs loss in the prior year. On a consolidated basis, revenue remained at Rs 2.16 lakhs with net profit of Rs 41.18 lakhs compared to Rs 69.86 lakhs loss in the previous year. The company recovered long dues of Rs 92.37 lakhs from debtors during the quarter, reversing doubtful debt provisions which increased other income. The Board set September 24, 2025 for the 33rd Annual General Meeting via video conferencing and appointed M/s. B. K. Barik & Associates as Secretarial Auditors subject to shareholder approval.
