KCL Infra Projects Reports Strong Q1 FY2026 Results with 249% Profit Growth

KCL Infra Projects Limited's Board approved standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported total income of Rs 147.23 lacs compared to Rs 231.09 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit increased significantly to Rs 67.29 lacs from Rs 19.31 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing a substantial improvement in profitability. Total expenses decreased to Rs 56.27 lacs from Rs 205.04 lacs year-over-year. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 0.0398 from Rs 0.0114 in the same quarter last year. The company's paid-up equity share capital remained stable at Rs 3,378.24 lacs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2025. Statutory auditors Scan & Co. completed their limited review and found the financial statements compliant with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
