- Vasanthi Marine Foods Limited was incorporated on 31st December as a Public Limited Company.
1994
- The Company obtained a certificate of commencement of business on 1.6.94.
- The pilot project of 9 hectares of water spread area was started in February 1994.
- Commercial production commenced from August 1994.
2000
- The Company agreed in principle to hive off its portals business into a separate subsidiary company, VMF Netventures Ltd.
- The Company's portal ww.ahmedabad.com was transferred to the new company.
- VMF Softech transferred its portal site www.ahmedabad.com to its subsidiary, VMF Netventures, for a consideration of Rs. 5.10 crore.
- The Board of Directors approved the issue of investing 80 per cent instead of 60 per cent in the equity of Medical Communication System Inc., Massachusetts, US.
2003
- The Company launched Ver 5.0 of Mobile MedData, a complete enterprise solution for US hospitals and clinics.
2005
- The Company bagged a Software Development Project of US$ 1.5 million for designing and developing an Integrated Practice Management System for the SME Segment of the US Healthcare Sector for Boston-based Medical Communication Systems, Inc.

- VMF Softech Ltd appointed Mr. Srinivas Potluri as an additional Director (Independent Director).

- The Company changed its name from VMF Softech Ltd. to Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd.
2013
- Kellton Tech was awarded an Integrated Security Solution contract worth Rs. 27.25 Crores for the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and maintenance of Access Control Systems at Kandla Port Trust.
