The statutory auditors M/s. PriceWaterhouse Co Chartered Accountants LLP issued a limited review report with no qualifications or adverse remarks. Additionally, the Board approved pre-project activities and capital expenditure of approximately Rs 68 crores for establishing a greenfield project in India for the company's MSG Business. The pre-project activities include initial studies, land identification, and preparation of detailed feasibility reports.

Kennametal India Reports Strong Q2 Performance with 25.6% Jump in Net Profit

Kennametal India delivered robust Q2 results with net profit rising to 314 million rupees from 250 million rupees year-over-year. Revenue grew to 2.96 billion rupees compared to 2.7 billion rupees in the same period last year. EBITDA increased to 527 million rupees from 424 million rupees, while EBITDA margin improved to 17.8% from 15.68% year-over-year.

Kennametal India Limited appointed Mr. G. Devanathan as Director - Manufacturing & Factory Manager, effective October 16, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Devanathan is a Mechanical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Manufacturing Management from BITS, Pilani, bringing 29 years of experience in process engineering, production, and plant operations. He has previously worked with organizations including TVS Interconnect Systems Limited, Gabriel India Limited, and Tenneco Automotive India Private Limited. In his previous role, he oversaw 5 plants and 3,000 employees while driving revenue of approximately ₹2,050 crores and consistently achieved 8-10% operational expense reduction year-over-year.
