Net profit for the quarter was Rs 18.71 lakhs, up from Rs 15.90 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's total expenses were Rs 3,064.50 lakhs, with cost of materials consumed being the largest component at Rs 3,151.18 lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share remained at Rs 0.01. The paid-up equity share capital stood at Rs 1,263.80 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and accompanied by an independent auditor's limited review report from AKGVG & Associates.
