1991
- Kerala Pharmacy Private Limited was incorporated on 15th February.
1992
- The name of the company Pensem Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals Ltd was changed to Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd with effect from 25th November.
- Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd obtained a fresh certificate consequent to the change of name.
- The company obtained a Certificate of Commencement of Business on 23rd July.
- Pensem Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals Ltd was incorporated on 6th July.
1993
- The scheme of amalgamation was approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.
1994
- The amalgamation of Kerala Pharmacy Private Limited and Pensem Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Private Limited into Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Limited was given effect from this year.
2000
- Kerala Ayurvedic Pharmacy planned to set up ayurvedic treatment centres in almost all Indian metros.
2004
- Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre Pvt Ltd was hived off as a separate business entity with its own capitalisation of about Rs 3 crore.
2006
- Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd entered into an MOU with Pacific Healthcare Holdings to establish a Joint Venture as a 51% subsidiary of the Company.
2007
- The company name was changed from Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd to Kerala Ayurveda Ltd.
2010
- Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre Pvt Ltd won the award of Integrated Wellness Service Provider Company of the year 2010.
2011
- Banaras Hindu University entered into collaboration with Kerala Ayurveda Ltd under Public-Private Partnership model.
- Tata Global Beverages Ltd and Kerala Ayurveda Limited signed an MOU to form a Joint Venture for Product Development.
- Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Centre won the best Wellness services provider Company of the year award for the second year in a row.
2012
- AyurvedaGram won a prestigious award.
2016
- Kerala Ayurveda Ltd was awarded as HERBAL COMPANY OF THE YEAR by ASSOCHAM.
- Ayurvedagram was awarded as SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE OF THE YEAR by ASSOCHAM.
2018
- The company won the BEST AYURVEDIC RESORT Award at FKCCI Karnataka Tourism Awards.
