1991
- The company was incorporated as a private limited company.
1993
- The company started developing and exporting software packages.

1997
- The company installed Intelligent Data Acquisition System in 53 stations on Konkan Railways.
1999
- The company started developing Railway Safety systems.
- The company successfully developed and demonstrated a prototype of ACDs to Konkan Railway Corporation Limited and Members of the Railway Safety Board.
2000
- The company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with KRCL for Technical Collaboration for developing full scale networked Anti-Collision Systems.
2002

2003
