2000
- The company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with KRCL for Technical Collaboration for developing full scale networked Anti-Collision Systems.
2002
- The product underwent initial and extended field trials on the Amritsar-Jalandhar Section of Northern Railway using 125 ACDs of different types.
2003
- The company became the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of Anti-Collision Systems to KRCL including installation and maintenance.
- The company developed ADDs for Metro Sky-Bus System under technology partnership with KRCL.
- The company carried out research and development work on Advanced Railway Signal Systems on cost sharing basis with KRCL.
2004

- Kernex Microsystems is awarded R&D contract for Development of Train Collision Avoidance System.

- Sri Anugolu Venkata Ratnam has been appointed as an additional Director of the company.
2019
- Kernex Microsystems to form JV for TCAS project.
2024
- The Company received order of Rs.2,041.40 crores from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works.
