- The Company extended its network of representative offices to 11 centres in the State of U.P.
- Shri H. P. Agarwal and Shri R. N. Bansal resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
- Shri Raghu Nath Rai and Shri M. P. Vora retired at the Annual General Meeting and were eligible for re-appointment.
1996
- The Company changed its name to KEY CORP LIMITED on 17.04.1996.
- The Company widened its network by opening offices in various parts of the country.
- Crisil downgraded the rating of the fixed deposit programme of Key Corp Ltd from FA- to FB+.
1997
- Sarvshree Dr. B.D. Agarwal and Padam Kumar Jain retired at the Annual General Meeting and were eligible for re-appointment.

- Crisil suspended its FB rating for the fixed deposit programmes of Key Corp. Ltd. due to lack of co-operation.
