Total revenue increased to ₹980.82 lacs from ₹839.46 lacs year-over-year, driven by higher interest income of ₹980.82 lacs versus ₹839.46 lacs previously. Finance costs rose to ₹726.74 lacs from ₹603.35 lacs in the comparable period. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at ₹1.56 compared to ₹1.40 in the previous year quarter. The company operates as a single-segment NBFC focused on finance activities. The board approved these unaudited results following a meeting on August 13, 2025.

KIFS Financial Services Reports 13.3% Growth in Net Profit for FY2025, Announces 30th AGM

KIFS Financial Services Limited reported net profit of ₹806.52 lakhs for FY2025, up 13.34% from ₹711.62 lakhs in the previous year. However, revenue from operations declined 37.57% to ₹2,911.86 lakhs from ₹4,663.87 lakhs. The company has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 19, 2025, via video conferencing. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (15%) compared to ₹1.40 (14%) in the previous year. Earnings per share increased to ₹7.46 from ₹6.58. The NBFC's total income stood at ₹3,315.92 lakhs including other income of ₹404.06 lakhs.
