1977
- The company purchased technical know-how for the manufacture of engine and gear box from Jaya Hind Motors.
1980
- The company entered into an agreement with Morini Franco Motor for the purchase of technical know-how.
1983

1984
- The company received approval for entering into a collaboration agreement with Dr. G.L. Sessa.

- A new moped 'Kinetic Swift' was launched.

1987

1989

1990

- The company was permitted to set up an assembly plant to manufacture and assemble 75000 mopeds per annum.

1991
- New mopeds such as 'Safari' and 'Luna Wings' were introduced.

1992

1993

- The Company launched K4-100, a new four-stroke motorbike.
- Kinetic Engineering launched its four-stroke bike christened K4-100.
- Kinetic Safari V2, a 60 cc moped, was launched by Kinetic Engineering.
1998
- South Korean motorcycle company Kymko made its foray in India through a technical tie-up with Kinetic Engineering.
- Kymko inked a technical pact with Kinetic Engineering to produce pollution-free 150cc 4-stroke motorcycles.
1999
- Kinetic Engineering received ISO 9001 certification.
- Kinetic Engineering signed a technical collaboration agreement with Hyosung Motors of South Korea to manufacture 4-stroke motorcycles.
- Kinetic launched its middle-line stylish scooterette 'Kinetic Style'.
2000
- Kinetic launched its new GF bike series.
- Kinetic Engineering was awarded the safety award by the National Safety council for its Koregaon Bhima factory.

2001
- Kinetic Engineering launched an upgraded version of its 75cc scooterette 'Style'.
- The Company launched a nationwide campaign to promote the product.

2004
- Kinetic Engineering Ltd launched Kinetic Laser, a 170-cc bike.
- Kinetic Engineering unveiled Kinetic Aquila, its premium motorcycle, in the Andhra Pradesh market.
- Kinetic Engineering launched its most expensive motorcycle on October 12, 2004.
2005
- KEL launched Italijet.

2009
