1975
- The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 8th October.

1977
- The company purchased technical know-how for the manufacture of engine and gear box from Jaya Hind Motors.
1980
- The company entered into an agreement with Morini Franco Motor for the purchase of technical know-how.
1983

1984

1998
- South Korean motorcycle company Kymko made its foray in India through a technical tie-up with Kinetic Engineering.
- Kymko inked a technical pact with Kinetic Engineering to produce pollution-free 150cc 4-stroke motorcycles.
1999
- Kinetic Engineering received ISO 9001 certification.
- Kinetic Engineering signed a technical collaboration agreement with Hyosung Motors of South Korea to manufacture 4-stroke motorcycles.
- Kinetic launched its middle-line stylish scooterette 'Kinetic Style'.
2000
- Kinetic launched its new GF bike series.
