1993
- The company was converted into a Public Limited Company by obtaining a fresh certificate of incorporation.
- The name of the company was changed to Kisan Mouldings Limited on November 24.
- The object clause of the Company was changed to include carrying on the business of all types of processing of plastic materials.
1994
- The production of SWR PVC fittings commenced in April.
2009
