The company's auditors noted that management has no ongoing projects, resulting in losses with minimal revenue except interest income, affecting shareholders with basic earnings per share at -₹0.03.

KMF Builders Reports Sharp Decline in Revenue and Profit for Quarter Ended June 2025

KMF Builders and Developers Limited reported quarterly results showing total income dropped to Rs 29 lakhs from Rs 301.29 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 60 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax fell to Rs 3.19 lakhs compared to Rs 34.31 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 40.06 lakhs year-over-year.
