2011

  • The Company commissioned IV Wind Power Project of 1.5 MW at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

2012

  • The Company acquired 45.00% stake in Raipur Mega Food Park Private Limited.

2014

  • The Company was converted from Public Limited to Private Limited.

2019

  • The Company crossed Revenue of Rs. 1000 crores.

2021

  • The Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited.
  • The name of the Company was changed from Itarsi Oils & Flours Private Limited to KN Agri Resources Private Limited and then to KN Agri Resources Limited.
