- A Frozen Food processing facility was set up at Bahalgarh.
2007
- The company name was changed from Satnam Overseas Ltd to Kohinoor Foods Ltd.
2008
- Kohinoor was honoured with a Guinness certificate for making the World's Largest Biryani.
2009
- M/s Nath Ahuja & Co., Chartered Accountants, was appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company.
2011
- A joint venture was formed between McCormick & Co and Kohinoor Foods.
2012
- Mr. Sandeep Kohli was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director of the Company.
