- KPDL ventured in to development of commercial properties by creating one of the largest commercial complexes in Pune, namely, Patil Plaza (80,000 sq. ft.).

- Entered Bangalore Real Estate Market.

- Completed 1.00 million sq. ft. of construction.

- Completed 4.01 million sq. ft. construction.
- Recipient of Govt. of Maharashtra's Award for Best IT Park Infrastructure Award for Gigaspace IT Park.
- Joint Venture Agreement dated 23.2.2006, entered with ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited for development of integrated township at Marunje and Jambe (Pune) (Approximate area 500 acres).
- Joint Venture agreement dated 06.10.2006, entered with ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited for IT Park (Approximate area 1.2 Million sq. ft.) at Kharadi at (survey No.40).
- Joint Venture Agreement dated 13.10.2006, entered with ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited and Mr. Iswarchand Goyal for development of residential complex at Wagholi (Pune) (Approximate area 80 acres).
- Joint Development Agreement dated April 23, 2006 entered with Arista Developers Pvt. Ltd. (named as Green Olive Ventures).
- The name was changed to Regenesis Developers Limited on December 4, 2006 and subsequently the name was changed to Kolte-Patil Developers Limited on December 12, 2006.
2007
- Joint Venture Agreement dated April 23, 2007, entered with K2 Property Limited for development of properties at Mohammedwadi, Bavdhan and Kharadi at Pune (Aggregating Approximate area 53.36 acres).
2008
- Kolte Patil has recommended dividend of Rs 1.75 per share.

- Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd and Portman Holdings LLC, USA, sign JV for Rs. 275 Cr.
