Year	History
2019	The name of KPIT Engineering Limited was changed to KPIT Technologies Limited with effect from March 13. The scheme of merger by absorption of Impact Automotive Solutions Limited with KPIT Technologies Limited was effective with an appointed date of April 1.
2021	KPIT Technologies approved the acquisition of an initial 25% shareholding in Future Mobility Solutions GmbH. KPIT Technologies announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in PathPartner Technology. The Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal approved the scheme of merger by absorption of Impact Automotive Solutions Limited with KPIT Technologies Limited.
2022	KPIT acquired cloud-based vehicle diagnostics specialist SOMIT solutions. KPIT Sparkle announced the winners of the 2022 Innovation Challenge. KPIT Technologies and Coventry University launched a workplace Master of Technology in Automotive Software Engineering course.
2023	KPIT and ZF joined hands to promote an independent company called QORIX.
2024	KPIT Technologies Limited acquired a further 13% shareholding in N-Dream AG, taking its total shareholding to 26%.
