Company History

1995

  • The Company was incorporated as Kranti Precision Tools Private Limited.

2002

  • The Company changed its name from Kranti Precision Tools Private Limited to Kranti Industries Private Limited.

2003

  • The Company acquired factory land at Pirangut Pune.

2004

  • The Company commenced its factory and installed its first Horizontal Machining Center line for machining of Gear Box Housings for Tractors.

2010

  • The Company acquired additional factory land at Pirangut Pune.

2011

  • The Company constructed a State of Art Factory building and installed and productionized machines to enhance capacity.

2013

  • The Company acquired Wonder Precision Private Limited.

2014

  • The Company diversified its focus from Tractor industries and developed parts for Construction, Auto, commercial Vehicle, Pneumatic Tools, Wind Mill and Medical Industry.

2015

  • The Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company.
  • The Company received ISO 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 from Kiwa Cermet Italia.

2021

  • The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:5.

2022

  • Kranti Industries Limited won the 'The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards 2022' in the category Excellence in Digital Manufacturing-SME Category.

2024

  • The Company received a Business Nomination Letter for 03 new products along with a Purchase Order from CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited.
  • The Company received clearance for the launch of Commercial Production of Gearbox Housing in industrial Machinery.
  • The Company received a purchase order from its new customer Kalyani Technoforge Limited.
