1989
- Kasta Pipes Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 06.04.1989.
1990
- Kriti Agro & Plastic Industries Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 12.3.90.
- Kasta Extrusions Pvt. Limited and Purti Pipes & Processors Pvt. Limited were merged with the Company.
1992
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
- The scheme of amalgamation with Kasta Extrusions Pvt. Limited and Purti Pipes & Processors Pvt. Limited was approved by the High Court of M.P.
1993
- The Solvent Division commenced commercial production on 18th February.
1995
- The company changed its name to KRITI INDUSTRIES LTD.
2007
- The Company split its face value from Rs10/- to Rs1/-.

- The Company recommended dividend of Re. 0.15 per share (15%) for the year.

- Kriti Industries commenced commercial production of unit II in MP.

- Kriti Industries acquired 7,88,141 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 34.78% of Equity Share Capital into FP Elite Energy Private Limited.
