1980
- The paper business of Amrit Corporation Ltd. was vested in ABC Paper Ltd. under a restructuring scheme.
- The first paper mill was set up.
2005
- A 9 MW captive power plant was installed at the paper division.
2006
- The restructuring scheme for the demerger of the paper business into ABC Paper Ltd. was approved by the board of directors.
2007
- The restructuring scheme was approved by all concerned regulating agencies.
2008
- Equity shares of ABC Paper Ltd were listed on the exchange in the list of 'B1' group securities.
2009
- ABC Paper Ltd appointed Shri. Ravindra Gupta as additional director of the company.
- The board recommended payment of dividend at Rs. 0.70 per share on the Preference Shares and at Rs. 2.50 per share on the Equity shares.
2010
- The board recommended payment of dividend at Rs. 0.70 per share on the Preference Shares and at Rs. 1.00 per share on the Equity shares.
2011
- The registered office of the company was shifted to ABC Paper Ltd, Factory Premises, Saila Khurd, Punjab-144529.
2012
- The company changed its name from ABC Paper Ltd. to Kuantum Papers Ltd.
2013
- The company announced dividend at Rs. 0.70 per share on the Preference Shares.
2022
- Kuantum Papers implemented water conservation measures to reduce freshwater consumption by 2500 m³/day or 6 m³/tonne of paper.
2023
- Kuantum Papers successfully launched Cup Stock and Straw Base Paper as a replacement to single use plastic.
- Kuantum Papers achieved record breaking revenue of INR 1313 Cr and an EBITDA of 29%.
