Kush Industries Reports Quarterly Loss of Rs 34 Lakh for September 2025 Quarter

Revenue from operations remained flat at Rs 0.24 lakh. The company scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025, via video conferencing with e-voting facilities. The board approved the appointment of M/s. P S S P & Co. as statutory auditors for five years (2025-26 to 2029-30) to replace the existing auditors M/s. V H Gundarwala & Co. Additionally, M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates was appointed as secretarial auditors for the same period. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
