Lahoti Overseas Limited reported net profit of ₹437.33 lakhs for Q3FY26, up 45.9% YoY. Revenue declined 9.4% to ₹9,939.98 lakhs while nine-month profit reached ₹1,265.58 lakhs.

Lahoti Overseas Reports 667.69 Lakh Net Profit in Q2 FY26

Lahoti Overseas Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 667.69 lakhs compared to Rs 126.04 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income increased to Rs 11,520.96 lakhs from Rs 8,738.73 lakhs year-over-year. Net sales from operations rose to Rs 10,403.81 lakhs from Rs 8,063.30 lakhs in the same period last year. For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 828.26 lakhs versus Rs 423.04 lakhs in the previous year. The company operates through Export/Trading Division and Power Division segments. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 2.84 for the quarter. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results in their meeting held on November 12, 2025.
