Lancer Container Lines will hold an EGM on December 13, 2025, to approve the appointment of Ms. Heena Imran Shaikh as Executive Director, increase authorized share capital from Rs. 150 crores to Rs. 1,000 crores, and issue 10.29 crore equity shares at Rs. 19.77 per share for acquiring PKM General Trading L.L.C. The acquisition aims to strengthen the company's global presence, particularly in Indonesia and UAE markets, enhancing operational deployment and geographic reach.

Lancer Container Lines Appoints New Additional Director and Company Secretary

Lancer Container Lines Limited announced two key appointments following a board meeting on October 20, 2025. Ms. Heena Imran Shaikh was appointed as Additional Director in executive capacity for up to three years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Shaikh holds an MBA in Finance and has been with the company since 2014, serving as Director of subsidiary Worldwide Container Trading Private Limited and heading container yard operations in Navi Mumbai. Additionally, Ms. Gauri Datta Gaikwad was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective October 20, 2025. Ms. Gaikwad is a qualified Company Secretary with LLB and BBA in Finance degrees, bringing experience from organizations including SBI Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
