2019	The Composite Scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between the company, Landmark Commercial Vehicles Private Limited and Watermark Commercial Vehicles Private Limited was approved and sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad. The Composite Scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between the company, Landmark Automobiles Private Limited and Watermark Automobiles Private Limited was approved and sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad. The Composite Scheme of arrangement and amalgamation between the company, Automark Motors Private Limited and Watermark Vehicles Private Limited was approved and sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad.
2021	The company was appointed as a dealer for Jeep in Ludhiana and Jalandhar in Punjab. The company opened a Jeep connect showroom in Thane, Maharashtra. The company acquired four service centres of Mercedes-Benz from Shaman Wheels Private Limited in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting of the shareholders.
