1994

  • The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company.

1995

  • The Company started commercial production of footwear.

1996

  • The Company commenced the commercial production of diversified range from 15th October.
  • The Company converted into a Public Limited Company.
  • The Company went for expansion cum diversification project for manufacturing canvas shoes and lightweight hawai chappals.

2003

  • The Company installed a fully automatic computerized EVA Injection footwear plant having capacity of about 9.87 Lac pairs per annum of EVA Injected moulded slippers.

2005

  • The Company received the National Award from Ministry of Small Scale Industry for Quality products in SSI Sector.
  • The Company received the National Award from Ministry of Small Scale Industry for Small Scale Entrepreneurs.

2006

  • The Company obtained certificate of registration for 'Lehar' brand name from Trade Mark authorities.

2009

  • The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ramesh Chand Agarwal as the Chairman of the Company.
  • Mr. Ramesh Chand Agarwal was appointed as Additional Director of the Company.

2011

  • The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Gesu Tibrewal as the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer.

2012

  • The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Devyamini Singh as the Company Secretary cum Compliance officer.

2013

  • The Board of Directors appointed Mr. G. S. Kandoi as Additional Director.

2015

  • Lawreshwar Polymers inaugurated a new plant at SP-41D, RIICO Ind. Area Kaladera, Tehsil - Chomu Distt- Jaipur (Raj.)
  • Lawreshwar Polymers introduced its latest and unique Brand FLUROLITE, COBBLER, IWAVE With the tag line 'MAKE IN INDIA MADE FOR WORLD'.

2019

  • The Company name was changed from Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd. to Lehar Footwears Ltd.

2024

  • The Company entered into an agreement with National Small Industries Corporation Limited for supply of toolkit worth Rs. 298.0 Crores.
