1995
- The Company started commercial production of footwear.
1996
- The Company commenced the commercial production of diversified range from 15th October.
- The Company converted into a Public Limited Company.

2003
- The Company installed a fully automatic computerized EVA Injection footwear plant having capacity of about 9.87 Lac pairs per annum of EVA Injected moulded slippers.
2005

2006
- The Company obtained certificate of registration for 'Lehar' brand name from Trade Mark authorities.

- The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ramesh Chand Agarwal as the Chairman of the Company.
