LKP Securities Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Vineet Suchanti and Mr. Dara J. LKP Securities: Pratik Doshi Acquires 92.58 Lakh Shares Through Transmission from Late Mahendra Doshi

Pratik M. Doshi, Managing Director and promoter of LKP Securities Limited, acquired 92,58,107 equity shares through transmission following the death of Late Mr. Mahendra V. Doshi on September 17, 2025. Out of the transmitted shares, 92,42,765 equity shares were transmitted to Pratik Doshi as nominee, while 15,342 equity shares were jointly held and Late Mahendra Doshi's name was deleted. The acquisition falls under SEBI regulations for transmission, succession or inheritance, exempting it from open offer requirements. Pratik Doshi's shareholding increased from 23,04,332 shares (2.80%) to 1,15,62,439 shares (14.05%). The consolidated shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains unchanged at 58,477,867 shares representing 71.04% of LKP Securities' total share capital.
